1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product on delivery
  • Expired items received

Perishable goods (fresh produce, frozen items, dairy, and bakery) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.

2. Return Window

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (where applicable).

3. How to Request a Return

  • Provide your order number, product details, and photos (if the product is damaged/incorrect).

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable items (unless defective/damaged on delivery)
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)
  • Opened or partially used products
